In other news.

"Those behind a late-night attack at a southwest Chicago park in which 13 people were wounded, including a 3-year-old, used an assault-style weapon to spray the crowd with bullets, making it "a miracle" no one was killed, the city's police superintendent said Friday.

Ballistics evidence shows that those behind Thursday night's attack used a 7.62 mm rifle fed by a high-capacity magazine, police Superintendent Garry McCarthy told reporters. That type of weapon, he said, belongs on a "battlefield, not on the street or a corner or a park in the Back of the Yards,"

How do they know this from ballistics?

Of course, no mention of the "dreadlocked" gang-banger criminals who committed this atrocity from Chitcago Police craptalker Garry McTurdsforbrains. "Illegal guns" aren't to blame for this, CRIMINALS - criminals shooting at other criminals, to be exact - are to blame.

Of course, in liberal, Marxist, drooling moron-think, those poor sainted little "Trayvons behind the trigga" could be "Obama's Sons", so clearly the "illegal gun" rifle, the NRA, and all of us "bitter clingers" here are to blame.

They should have melted Aaron Alexis down instead. The gun was actually worth something.

So ballistics science has now progressed to the point where they can determine what capacity magazine the rounds where fed from?
