I have a question. I do not mean any offense to the Calguns foundation who is done very much to protect our firearms right here within the state of California.

But my question is rather simple. Now that the Supreme Court of the United States has incorporated the 2nd amendment upon all the states... Why has the team of Heller and McDonald not come to California to overturn what are obvious unconstitutional laws? I understand they are probably in other states overturning simple other laws to set a legal precedents... But we need action now. Why are they not here overturning the most obvious unconstitutional laws.

I would believe if CA guns laws are taken to the high courts that they surely would be overturned??

They have to get a good test case before the court.

They have to get a good test case before the court.
... and the test case needs to not get stagnated in the court system for decades like Nordyke, or years like Palmer.
