There looks to be about 3 Lugers and a couple of rifles in this pile.

Technically hookers walk the street. I believe if you call them up and have them come over, they're escorts. ;)

I emailed that ad and she wouldn't give me prices. Said come by it I'm interested. I'm far away and explained and she said nothing was less than $750 and she researched every gun and knew what they were worth. I figured it's too far to waste my time.

quite a bit of attitude in that for sale ad.

What's the problem? It sounds like a vendor at a gun show table.

Wow, they "have no interest in nazi militaria" but they sure don't mind making money from it.

I detect a large amount of disdain for the items they have for sale, and for the people who would be interested in owning them.

I'd give it a wide berth, and hope their modest cash windfall causes great internal dissension.

Heres my response from "melissa" when I simply asked for a couple of pictures of the Luger:

"And as far as the pictures, who buys off a picture? Would you?
We would not.

Serious buyers would come down, inspect it and look at it up close.
Only the lookey-lous, the bored, the broke ones or the ones that spend too much time looking at porn online ask for all kinds of pictures. That has been the consensus thus far."

Basically completely rude and unwilling to be a decent seller. I do agree it seems they cave tons of contempt towards anyone interested in these items... but wait a sec arent they the ones selling it?

man..that is super rude, full of contempt, judgmental..AND unnecessary...

i think its obvious that people will decide weather or not tis worth a trip to go see these pieces via a picture first...

socially awkward much?

Why is any of this surprising? It's a craigslist ad, right? :smilielol5:

Aren't you supposed to go through an FFL to transfer the pistols? I wonder if "Melissa" is following the laws...

I wonder how nice she would be to an investigating officer following up on a firearms violation lead. I bet the ATF could make her a little nicer. :)
