Now that the peoples republic has stuck it to us, and assuming moonbeam goes along with them, any pro-gun groups planning a suit or a move towards injunctive relief for any of this latest trash they call legislation? Calguns, NRA, anyone, anyone?

There was an article that mentioned the "banning of a whole category of firearms commonly in use" as potentially being unconstitutional. The article said that this may portend the avenue that the lawsuit will come in. I'd have to go back through the threads and see which one linked it.

There was another thread saying that a lawsuit would be filed within 24 hours of JB signing it.

Anyone from the la/oc county bar association weigh in on this...not 24 hours, but an injunction will be filed moments after...

This query is a bit like asking if the Allies are going to invade France at Pas-de-Calais or Normandy during WWII. But what the heck, no harm in asking.

Hummmmming past the graveyard. I don't see any lawyers here, nope. :)

The better question is if CGF is going to stand down and let those organizations that are better at litigation handle this very important one.
