I. M. Nobody

I have been told by some of the out of state Wholesalers that they are concerned with the new cal law requirement of getting a number to ship a
handgun into cal. Some of them indicate that they won't bother and will
not ship. Some have said they will put surcharge on cal sales to cover the cost.
Has anyone heard if the law will be challenged in court ? I would think it could be challenged under Restraint of trade. Also how can Cal stop a legal transfer between Federal Licensed Dealers.
I tell you the future of gun ownership and buying in the state of California is almost finished. They are coming at us from all sides and we just can't stop them. I have spent a lot of money fighting them but I have to think about my old age and future.
I hope you young guys can take up the fight.
