Does anyone know who sells 7.62x54r locally? There is one place in Tracy that does but I'm not paying a $1.00 a round, and that is surplus.

Stockton, Modesto, Ripon, anywhere? I need a few rounds for Saturday. Or if anyone has a can they would part with for a profit, let me know.:D

Sierra Arms in Modesto sells some surplus ammo. I buy there 8mm all the time, $6 for 15 rounds isn't to bad. Not sure of the price on 7.62X54R but you could give them a call (209)544-1911.

It's a bit of a drive but the Gun Room in Elk Grove should have some. Hell, River City Gun Exchange usually stocks 'em.

Ya, but it is expensive! I found a can from someone fortunately. I am going to the Stockton Gun Exchange tomorrow to get some 7.62x39, but did not know if they han 54r. Didn't want to risk it.
