Out of curriousity can you carry in a casino in NV if you have a permit?

I could have sworn that Alaska's carrying policies are unrestricted. As in you can legally carry open or concealed with no permit.

Edit: Learned Alaska will both issue and allow unrestricted carry.

Yes, unless posted at the entrance

Yes, unless posted at the entrance

Even if it's posted, you can still legally carry concealed.
If caught, you will be asked to leave the property. If you refuse, they will call the police. Who will then cite you for tresspassing and escort you off the property.

In Nevada, posted signs only have legal weight in front of government buildings, schools and airports. (NRS 202.3673)

Anything else, is just a private property issue involving tresspassing, if you refuse to leave the property, if they discover you are carrying concealed.

they need to just make cali permits good also.it would save alot of us alot of time and money

While I feel for you, I don't agree. Effing Kalifornia does not recognize concealed permits from ANY other state. Why should other states extend any courtesy to California?

NO. Don't ever do this. Driving a US highway through a rez is OK for CCW, but don't leave the road.

Yes, but there is no specific class offered by anyone for a FL. CCW. It is done by mail! Just request the forms, they are then sent to you, fill it out, get finger print card, Pass Port photo, done! Sixty days later, mine was in the mail.. Also, for Vets, a copy of you DD214 will suffice for the weapons class cert!!!

Correct. I also believe a hunter safety course will also work.

Start here, read this.

You may want to check some local gun shops in your area.

I am currently enlisted in the Air Force, so a copy of my military ID should suffice for the training requirement right?

Also, does anybody know the licensing Fee? I seem to recall in FL it is somewhat pricey... lilke over $100?
thanks,
