Other info: Colt Model 1903 Pocket Hammerless Type III made in 1916. All original - hard rubber grips, honest patina, no rust, Rampaging Colt emblem, and the original two-toned 8-round magazine. She shoots straight, never had a failure to feed or eject in my 500+ rounds. Comes with clip-on IWB holster. The 1903 precedes the 1911, so there's alot of similar features but in a greatly reduced size.

FTF in the Costa Mesa area - Turner's, Riflegear, Grant Boys. Buyer to pay transfer fee.

The Type I (1903-1908) featured a 4-inch barrel, while the Type II (around 1908-1910) changed to a 3-inch barrel. Type III (1910) eliminated the barrel bushing, Type IV (1926) introduced the magazine disconnect, and Type Vs were World War II-production guns, most of which were Parkerized.
