Well I find myself not wanting to take apart my really nice 91/30.

So I'm looking to buy another 91/30 or a T-53 for the Archangel Stock.

If you have one with a crappy stock I'll give it a good home!

Price Range: $100-140 'ish

Huntington Beach, CA

******

Looking to add a 91/30 and a Type 53 to my collection.

** I'm not too bothered if the 91/30 stock is not that great as this will be a project rifle and I will be using an aftermarket stock on it. **

I'm willing to travel a little bit if the price is right.

southernohiogun.com has 91/30s for $120 and T53s for $99, they sound perfect for project guns. All you have to do is register with them, only takes a couple of days for them to make your account and then you can order online.

Don't you need to be a FFL / C&R?

I did but "stevie" tempted me with that one.

Now, I'm back looking for a "beater 91/30"

(mosins are like rabbits - turn your back and boom there's 6 more!)

Hey man the turners in Norwalk is selling some really nice ones and quite a few are available and at a fine price too. I believe mine was $148.00 after tax. Admittedly these aren't the crappy big 5 ones either, so I was quite surprised that I got such a fine rifle for the money. I was one of the first and was able to get one of the best from the batch.
