It appears to be an Ex Dragoon from the looks of the rear sight and the handguard not having brass caps. Can't tell if the eschutons are screwed in, but the shape looks like they are, so it is an older stock

Yes for sure the more desirable Ex Dragoon with the time period correct pre war stock. where the front sling leather strap goes through the brass, the brass has the retaining screws, the front nose cap is flat not rounded or beveled and there is no finger groove before the hand guard.

Again I am not a Mosin Expert.
