I will send you a PM to get address for Postal MO, but have a couple questions.
Will the Mag Lock, when ready, be sent directly to the person/shop doing the install?
Will the list will be updated to show payment received?

Thanks.

if i add a maglock, can i then convert to pistol grip?

12276.1. (a) Notwithstanding Section 12276, "assault weapon" shall also mean any of the following:
(6) A semiautomatic shotgun that has both of the following:
(A) A folding or telescoping stock.
(B) A pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon, thumbhole stock, or vertical handgrip.
(7) A semiautomatic shotgun that has the ability to accept a detachable magazine.
(8) Any shotgun with a revolving cylinder.

I believe if it no longer has the ability to accept a detachable magazine because of the maglock it's no longer a Cali assault weapon because of feature #(7).
You can have either 6(A) or 6(B) just not both.

Uh so what happens if the Saiga 12 group buy doesn't materialize? Am I out $100 for this nifty widget?

Also, why can't we use the standard AK bullet button designs that are for sale here? $30 for something that we already know works and is available now. The mag release on the rifles is the same as those on the shotguns if I recall correctly?

The mag release in theory is the same as the AK rifle since there is a lever, spring and pin. But the mount is completely different. The mount and trigger guard are not one piece, the mount for the lever and pin are connected to the receiver and the trigger guard is further back.

All this will be worth it once you complete your ten day wait :-)

Yeah, should have clarified, the mag release is the same as a stock saiga rifle.

No doubt that it will be worth the effort. The last day I have to push a shell into the tube of a shot gun will be a happy one.

If group buy fails $ WILL BE REFUNDED. Read the OP!

A standard mag lock WILL NOT WORK.

Some of you "get it"
If you dont, ask(PM) someone who does.

2E8b you have "two weeks" to get it in the mail.
ONLY ENOUGH to cover the prebuy will be made!

I'm sorry for my ignorance, but exactly how does this BB lock work? And is it reversible (easily) when i'm outside of this state?

The mag release of the S12 is NOT the same as a regular Saiga rifle. That's the reason none of the current locks will fit.

You must insert a rod type object through a hole in the mag lock to depress the mag release lever. No permenent mods necessary.

FAST318 there is no hole these are LOCKS only! A hole may be added at your own risk after you take delivery after DROS. These are Locked to protect outside FFL and DROSsing FFLs. Do what you may when you get it.
