Selling an OLL build and liability

If I plan to sell/trade/give whatever (properly transfered naturally) an AK built on an NDS reciever (of FAL or HK or any "home built" for that matter), by me, what is my liability? I did a few searches, but couldn't find an answer.

The same as when selling any other legal rifle.

No criminal liability if sold legally.

If you did a sh*tty build, perhaps some, but bad ammo is more likely to cause problem than a gun.

I'd hold on to a homebrew gun for awhile, selling too soon after a build could smell bad regarding Fed manufacturing transfer tax stuff.

I can just see some dude with a mess of homebuilts having to sell his guns and getting in trouble that way.

Just put SN and other info STAMPED OR ENGRAVED onto the gun.
