Just finished my 1911 project, therefore I am interested in selling my Kristi Tool and Ordnance Jig along with the tooling kit. The jig and tooling kit was purchased approximately 4 months ago, and without it I would never have been able to complete the job. Both of these items were used for only one project so the key seat cutter, ball end mill and drill bits are in great shape and could easily do another few projects. Currently there is a group buy on Calguns for a 80% Sig P228 frame from KTO, part of the deal is that the Sig P228 cut outs will be done on the opposite side of the Jig making is good for both a 1911 and a Sig, the Jig simply needs to be shipped back to KTO, and the cuts will be performed for about $35. Also the Key Seat Cutter in this tooling kit is the same one used for the Sig.

By purchasing this Jig and tooling kit you would definitely save yourself some money, to buy both from KTO would cost you $350, I will sell them both for $225.

There is not much to look at, but I can send photos upon request.

Well hell, I didn't realize the jigs were built onto an angle plate. No wonder they are so heavy and expensive. What are the specs on those bits? I need them for my upcoming builds, if you don't mind posting that.

the end mill is a 17mm x 16mm, the keyway cutter is 1/2 x .1181, and the drill bit is a 5/32

May I ask if it's feasible to cut a steel 1911 frame without a mill by any chance? :)
