Glad to see they're doing a good job. We need more of those evil assault weapons off the streets...

I mean those .22s and shotguns! :cool2:

Yeah, but they look good when you go to ask for more funding.

I like this quote:

"We want to look at a way to go after these offenders and prevent it before it happens," he said. "[We're] making the community safer by disarming the bad guys -- not taking guns away from the American citizen, but going after the people who shouldn't have them in the first place."

I hope they believe in what they preach.

I am happy to see that the ATF is doing their job and nabbing bad guys with stolen or illegal procured firearms, and trying to sell them to other gang bangers or doing something illegal with them...

Funny, I don't see any dreaded Assault Weapon in the picture....

Bravo! This is the kind of thing we should see all the time from the ATF!

Exactly.
Watch the video in that story.
No matter how you look at it, this is a good operation.
Lots of intel.
A few guns off the street is not the purpose.
Catching the guys on tape selling the guns is where you get the good convictions.

... wonder if they'd be willing to sell me that Saiga 12.

With a mag lock, of course.

If they were like this all the time, they would be heroes.
