I love how he always describes his guns as either "soon to be banned" or "rare"...

Neil, you really should stay out of any thread involving girls, as they inevitably get locked or deleted :D

Tanx UCLA, I again didn't take the time to read the whole thing. Yeah I KNOW it was only three words long.

Here is my wife in several Action Shots on a couple hunting trips to South Texas. The guide, Drew Hubert, in the center picture has been seen on several TV shows guiding all the big-shot hunting guys (his son was guiding the former VP during his famous mis-hap on a ranch about 20 min from this one). He's a lot of fun to hunt with, and doesn't give my wife any breaks when she misses birds - as seen in the series of pics showing them walking up to a dog on point, she swings, shoots and he reports the "Safe" call for all the birds. She's shooting her Rizzini O/U in 20 ga.
This hunt was from 2007/08 New Years week. This year we went back, and she basically held clinics for all the guys hunting with us - she schooled them - out shooting everybody (except me of course...).

First one - Dove Hunt in the evening sun in South Texas

Walking up on a Pointer on Point...one of my favorite things to do in the world. Even better when it's my wife doing it.

Next - 1 of 3 parts taken quickly
Guide had walked her up to the dogs on point and she is swinging on the covey as it breaks to get around a mesquite tree
http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j166/mikeaniff/DSC_0032.jpg

She shoots (you can see the blur of the quail as they try to get around the tree)
http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j166/mikeaniff/DSC_0033.jpg

She...well, the guide pretty much makes the call on this one - the birds get the "Safe" from the Referee Hubert.

But the hunt didn't end there, and she ended up getting her trophy - a wild King Ranch Bobwhite Quail - one of the last wild populations of Bobwhites left in the country - and arguably the hardest to hunt.

I convinced my wife to pose with my new Benelli SBE II. She'd kill me if she knew that I had posted these pictures online :43:

IMHO, she's handling the 12 gauge pretty well being that this video is from her second time shooting the mossberg. Like I said, she used to be anti gun, but now she enjoys shooting.

If you want to learn a lot more about shotguns and shotgun shooting...I teach a Skeet Clinic .......plus its a lot more fun than punching paper.

That sounds like fun! would I need a traditional stock, or is a pistol grip with stock fine? What about minimum barrel length?
