I have two C+R rifles (MN M44 and Enfield No.1 Mk.III). Do I have to go through someone with a C+R FFL or a normal FFL to sell these things? Can I just sell them privately with no CA paperwork and waiting period for the buyer?

C&R long guns that are at least 50 years old can be transfered between California residents without going through an FFL and without any kind of paperwork or waiting period at all.

Great! The Enfield is a 1931 and the MN is a 1953. Made it by 2 years :)
