Sorry if I'm naive. I recently got back into shooting after a 20 year hiatus and am trying to acclaimate to the "new" Kalifornia. It's certainly different that 20-30 years ago.

I see a lot of mentions about LEO's. What the heck is a LEO?

In a firearm context it can also refer to:

Law Enforcement Only

as in magazines marked during the ban, or factory restricted accessory items such as the Remington 870 top folding stock.
