nice, I like the look of those half-checkered coco bolos - how do you like their feel/fit?

Dare I say these factory grips actually fit on the CZ better than Hakan Pek grips on my wife's full size! They fit and feel great! Although I do admit the rubber standard grips are not bad for original oem... the look of the wood is awesome!

Hmmm, do these work with CZ-75 mags?

I have a bunch of mags for my EAA Witness.
It would be nice to have a newer gun that would take my old mags...

no, not really - you can put one in the well but it hangs down the bottom. these guys use a shorter mag they call the compact - the body of the mag is the same (10rounders only) but with a different base plate on it. here, took you two pics:
