Thanks for the link. I remember reading about the pizza delivery guy.

But if Wisconsin, where this happened, is an open-carry state, why wasn't the pizza man open carrying? The article suggested that the judge was dismissing the case because the pizza man had no alternative but concealed carry. Don't get me wrong-- I'm glad the case was dismissed, but I wonder why not open carry?

It could be a PR thing or maybe his boss gave him a pass so long as he kept it concealed.

The only thing keeping Wisconsin from shall-issue is their governor. They have more than enough votes in the legislature. Seems to me that they should be able to get shall-issue in much sooner than 5 years.

I'm still not clear on why they aren't doing open carry walks in that state.

Yeah, wear it on your hip, the 2 days out of the year you don't have to wear a long, concealing jacket/parka/trenchcoat because of the bitter cold.
