What do think would be a good scope for this ? Also good Rings as it is a tip off mount. It will be for Squirrel and Bunny bustin' "Meat Rifle"
So most shots will be under 50yds I'm thinkin'
Also this is an economy project so no Lupy's  but no junk either

Sorry, can't help you on the rings. I'm not familiar with how mounts work on Marlin 60 receivers.

That just might fit the bill :)
Is windage and elevation finger adjustable ?

I second the Mueller. Great scope for the money.

You might look around, you can find them cheaper. I got mine shipped from eabco for 120, with the sunshade.

the best cheap scope ive owned is a bushnell 3-9 variable. i forget what model it is but its the one with the triplex reticule that they sell at walmart. its somthing like 80 bucks. and returnable if you dont like it.

This seems to be one of the main places to get the APV that are recommended over on rimfirecentral.

Yes, once you remove the turret covers, there's a finger adjustment knob.

I had one of those before. It's a fine scope, but for the price, the APV's glass blows the Bushnell out of the water.

+1 for the Mueller APV
Also, Natchez Shooter Supplies has a Browning (which is a Bushnell Elite 3200 or 4200) for $190. I bought one of the 4-12x40mm for my 10/22 converted to 17 HM2.
