I just got a 110v spotwelder from HF. What kind of modifications do I need to make on it in order to weld rails? Before you get rid of your setup, could you post some pictures of the modified welding tips?

The lower tong mod. was made with a piece of what I think was 3/4" copper pipe from home depot, then crush one end flat in a vice, and create the stepped bend to allow lower tong clearance once inside the receiver. A hole was then drilled through the crushed flat bent portion to allow the copper welding tip to be held, also bought at home depot.
