Anyone know of a company it the San Diego area that will do parkerizing?

Depending on the size of the part, you might be able to do it on your stove or BBQ. The sandblast prep is most of the work and the park mixes are available and cheap.

Yeah, I may have to go that route.

How difficult/messy is it? You said stove, does that mean the chemicals don't have any harmful fumes?

its really easy, the hardest partis finding a good tank for cheap ebay is your best bet

heres my psg1 after sandblasting and park ready for the dura coat

all of the work was performed by me (welding etc)
