I just got the Nightforce ballistics software installed on my Treo and I am testing it out against JBM but wanted a third source. Here is my data I used.

155 Scenars running at 2900fps
BC 0.508
elevation 1630ft
temp 85
humidity 25%
sight height of 1.25"
angle 0

From a 100 yard zero I get 3.75 MOA to 300 yards. JBM says 3.8.

no ballastic software has been accurate for me, but more of a guideline if that. best way is to shoot on paper, and get your dope. jbm, 5.11 hrt software has been both off for me.

I think JBM rounds up. All my numbers from the nightforce software seem .5 lower then JBM.

800yd - 19.50
900yd - 23.50

3.75 can = 3.8. But, 3.75 does not = 3.80. Do you remember anything about significant figures?

My savage had the 155s running at 2850 to 2900 fps. I gotta chrono the same load from my 700. The 175s I shoot hit around 2650s.
