I wanted to thank everyone who sent me a PM, and submitted their candidacy for the open position on the team. After some careful consideration, a decision has been made, and please join me in welcoming dmaverick to the team.
Your three team members for 2013 are: PM720, dmaverick, and myself (RoundEye)
PM720 (http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/member.php?u=53241) has been competing with GSSF for the last two years and recently in Las Vegas pulled in a 1st and 2nd place win in Amateur Civilian, and Major Sub respectively. This year he also began shooting IDPA at the club level with hopes to attend the Central California Regional in June.
dmaverick (http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/member.php?u=26779) is lucky enough to have a wife that shares the love of shooting along with him, and together they shoot many GSSF, IDPA, and USPSA matches a year at the club, regional, and national level.
RoundEye (http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/member.php?u=53121) has been competing with GSSF for the last two years, and most recently, in Las Vegas pulled off a 2nd and 3rd place win in Maj Sub, and Heavy Metal respectively. He also shoots IDPA twice per month at the club level and is excited to be shooting his first sanctioned IDPA match in Central California this June.
The first GSSF match where the team will be competing together will be taking place next month (03/16 & 03/17) at the Yolo Sportsmen's Club in Northern California just outside Davis.
Wish them the best of luck!
