It seems the presence of CGN has diminished at gun shows over the last three years. There hasn't been a booth at Vallejo since Liz left and the last time there was a booth at the Cow Palace was when Sheriff Palmer was here. Also viewing other threads it seems the So Cal shows have the same issue with event cancellations. I usually attend both the Cow Palace and Vallejo shows each time. What would it take to get these going again? It seems like it's really dependent on one person.

Sacramento Cal Expo show had a CGN booth November 2012, I donated cash then finally signed up with a username on the site soon after!

Volunteers were and still are nonexistent, we had the booths.
Also had the banners, literature, SWAG, apparel and no Volunteers.

Liz even recruited her family.

Look through the archives and you will see pretty much the same work horses throughout. Also a number of folks volunteered and no showed leaving whoever was there to pick up the slack.

Right now we just canceled the Ventura booth due to lack of people wanting to participate. Look at that thread, it was relying on 3or4 people to carry the load.

We have 135,000plus folks on this forum, only need eight to run a booth for a gun show.
