Just an FYI to those in northern Cal, the Olde Sacramento Armoury is closing. As of 4pm today they had a 29-3 in about 100% for $450.00 and an OK 3" round butt Model 10 for $175.00. Some other odds & ends for Smith semi autos and a brand new Model 36 for about $300.00, lots of stainless PPK & PPK/s for about $340.00 also. I picked up an older Interarms blued PPK/s for $340.00.

Do you know how much the stainless ppks are going for?

No I don't. I live in San Diego. I suggest a call to them tomorrow!

I have "no dog in this hunt", just wanted to pass some info on to the folks up north!

Good Luck! :)

I was in there today. Got a great deal (at least I think so) on a LNIB Gen III G21 (circa 2005) for $379 plus tax/fees. Only had one non-drop free mag, did have box and was a little dirty inside but should clean up nice. Still had anti-seize in slide rails.

Some other prices I noticed.

G17 -$539 NIB
G23 -$539 NIB
G34 in OD - $619 NIB (IIRC)
G22 Gen II w/ NS - $379 used
MIA Scout all in black - $1500 NIB

Had a few other Glocks also

Seen two Beretta's

They had quite a few Sigs but did not pay attention to the price.

The also had a M1A SOCOM II but don't know the price.

I over heard that they are closing at the end of the month but the last day to DROS was coming up quick. I don't remember the date but I think it was this Sat. Could be wrong though.

I walked in, just to take a look. $500 later I have 2 more handguns (well in ten days).

In there at lunch, my wife bought the Lady Smith, I picked up a nice .22 Winchester.

The Socom II was reduced to $1825 and the last day for DROS is the 14th.

I wonder if any CalGunners were there between 12:15 and 1:30 today?
Talked to a few fellow patrons, couldn't help but wonder if I new them from here!

I was there at 1:00 and left around 1:30. The place was pretty busy.

Lets just say it was under $200 handgun day:) Filled a few holes in my collection.

I was there around lunch time too. But multiple DROSs going on took most of my time.

That's a excellent deal.

Already being discussed. I only bought two guns the day I was there. Am KICKING myself for not buying every gun on consignment in the shop. Fiscal prudence does have its drawbacks....

Went by there today and picked up some long guns. Their prices are unbeatable. Used shotties are between $100-$200. Their handgun prices are discounted, but not super discounted. They told me that everything left will be sent to a distributor. Their accessories and ammo will be discounted sometime around Saturday. They have a lot of surefire, cleaning stuff, hogue, magazines etc. They have lots of ammo, but no .223. The 19th is going to be their last day doing DROSs. I imagine they will stay open selling accessories after that for a while, so that everyone can do their pickups.

They've had a big change in staff. All the guys that used to work there have been gone for a couple of months. They now have some stupid people who don't know anything about guns selling them. It's too bad, the old staff helped me out and were fun.

I went there today, handgun picking were low. No really good deals. They have a ton of SU-16s new in box going for what looked like $525 (I'm not sure, that's just the number I remember). All of their shotguns were heavily marked down. All down to around $100-$150.

I'm no longer purchasing from them since they hired these new idiots. It took one guy an hour to do a ppt for me. Trust me, it's not worth it.

PS
Can someone PM me if they can help get in contact with one of the former employees.

I guess you got over it after seeing the sale prices. :D

I went into Old Sac Armory today (probably should not have).

Bought a case of Wolf 7.62x39 122 grain HP black box for $168 plus tax ($184 OTD).

They had 2 cases of Wolf 7.62x39 FMJ still on the floor and a bunch of loose boxes (HP) on the self (maybe 2 cases worth).

Ammo and accessories are 10 -30% off.

They gave me 30% off on the Wolf ammo because I bought the case.

Like an idiot I went in today (missed the posts here that their DROS was extended) to pick up a Buck Mark 22 pistol. Found out they got their extension and ended up buying a Colt Army Special (4") and Colt Detective Special (2") both in .38.
I've told myself I won't go back in 10 days, I'll wait until the 17th so I can't buy anything else! Well... except ammo, but I'm sure I'll really, really need some more!

What I need, they don't sell... self control!:D

Just got back. Went during my lunch hour and picked up some hogue grip sleeves and some hoppes solvent. Was sad that they round out of the grip panels for my P226.

Was looking at their 22's but didn't see any buckmarks, only Rugers.

EDIT: To clarify, I think I heard them saying that 10% is off of the wolf type ammo. 20% is the other bigbrand ammo and 30% is the accessories.

Guess I got lucky on the Wolf.
