Sorry to ask but I cannot find the thread I saw a type of survival tool in. It was like a pry bar with an axe head on one end. Grey in color( I think Gerber ) or another well known brand. I also remember someone like a year ago posting something similar and saying lowes carried it. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Found the one Gerber down range Tomohawk. Looking for something like this. Not a Sog type tomohawk. More like a multi tool style.

I like the benchmade gear I own and I just noticed this in a video - sorry it's Nutnfancy if that gets your panties in a bunch.

Not sure if the time embedding is going to work - if not go to @ 21 minute mark

I keep one of these (http://www.amazon.com/Dead-On-AN18-Annihilator-Wrecking/dp/B001SEQH1I/) in my BOVan - no axe head - pretty utilitarian.

Not fancier just different more along the lines of the Gerber or the Annihilator. If there is other types please feel to suggest. What I was looking for was something that has multiple funtion /utility strong but not bulky. Not neccesarily heavy either.

Picked up the word watching rescue me, Google a Haligan. Seems like a pretty good tool to have around.

I'd save your money and not buy a Crovel. They did replace it but the second one bent at the shaft.
