Never thought I'd be selling this one guys so send me a PM quick before I change my mind. :D

Up for sale here is a Ruger Deerfield Carbine. I am the original owner and bought it new in 2001. Current round count is less than 200 down the pipe. It is in good condition with some minor nicks and scuffs on the stock that you will see in the pics and the video. Bore is bright and shiny and bluing is in great shape.

These were only manufactured from 2000 to 2006. They don't come up often and when they do you'll probably soon after see the seller posting he wished he never got rid of it.

It has a rotating bolt just like a mini 14 and the look and feel of a mini 14 just a short and stout version in 44 mag

This is a sweet shooting brush gun that I purchased and used successfully for pig hunting. When the 300 grain bullet punched the boar in the shoulder it sounded like a softball hitting a wet sack of potatoes and dropped him dead in his tracks. This rifle packs a PUNCH! for sure.

It comes with the sling and the factory 4 round rotary magazine. Ruger never made any higher cap mags for it but I have read that people have been able to get 9 round Desert Eagle mags to work, http://www.rugerforum.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?t=103194 I never tried it though and can't attest to if it would work or not safely.

Still, 5 rounds of 44 mag is a force to be reckoned with in close quarters and this rile loves the higher pressure ammo so you reloaders out there could really have a blast with this rifle.

I would prefer to cash out or trade for a Saiga 12

Thanks for looking!

Please note this is the newer 44 mag rifle with M-1 style bolt like the mini 14

It has a rotary magazine whereas the older style has the tubular magazine

Here's a good video I found on youtube of this rifle in action. It isn't me and it isn't the rifle for sale but it is the correct model.
