Thanks for the reply.
The mags from Gun Parts Corp. are aftermarket.
I have read only the orig. Colt ones are reliable.
Have you or anyone you know tried one of these from Gun Parts Corp.?
Can anyone else help me?

Golly gosh darn it to heck

I've got an aftermarket (that actually is reliable) for sale over in my sales thread for 10$... I spent 50$ on it a few years back..

Real colt mags cost upwards of 150$ (I've got two and I'm not givin em up for anything !!!! ;))

The aftermarket I'm selling is just as reliable as the colt mags, its just not as pretty

I have seen them on Gunbroker for $100.00 recently but, was hoping to find one for cheaper.
I have seen them cheaper at gun shows in the past.
At the time, I had no use for one.
I will go ahead and buy yours and give it a try.
I will also keep looking for an original Colt mag.

I purchased one a while back on ebay. The guy I got them from is now on Gun Broker. Let me see if I can find his name, I will get back to you.

Try this guy. He has had anything I have ever wanted, at a price that did not make me bend over and hold my ankles.
