I used to be a loyal PSA customer. Recently there has been a spike in customer issues with PSA.

Missing items
Wrong items
Items not being shipped
Gift cards not working
Not picking up the phone
Not responding to emails
and lot more!!!

You're right kcjr1125 ...but some customers are still waiting to get their issues fixed...

Some have been waiting for months for their items with no idea when it will arrive and they can't even get a hold of PSA through phone or email

Taking your business elsewhere is not as easy as it once was. Nearly every AR-15 dealer is out of stock on Lowers, Uppers, Barrels, Magazines, and more.

I filed a complaint with the BBB like one of the above posters suggested and received a call from customer service trying to resolve my problems. That complaint got me a lot more than the customer service agent that I spoke to 2 days ago did.
