Trying to sell a Muzzle Brake and someone in Finland wants to buy it. Is it legal for me to ship there?

I'd be surprised if they weren't covered under ITAR 121.1 (h), though I don't know for sure the details.

I think that means you need an export license under 123

Not worth the risk... The most a brake is worth is $100 or so.

Barrel attachments (muzzle brake, flash suppressor/hider) are part of the munitions list for ITAR.

Legally, you will need the State Department's approval to ship a muzzle brake to a foreign country.

Failure to comply, is just a Federal felony (10 years in prison + $100,000 fine).

I wouldn't ship it out of the US.
