Since I simply do not have the money to give what I would like to the fight, I am focusing upon creating resources that you can point your non-gun owning friends to. I believe that it is critical that we bypass the MSM and get our message out. Please remember that what I write is aimed at getting these folks to stop and think before supporting whatever Biden's committee comes up with.

Here they are. Please consider prompting via social media, email, etc.

President Obama Is Right About Mass Shootings (http://reasonedpolitics.blogspot.com/2013/01/president-obama-is-right-about-mass.html)
PLEASE read before flaming me :)

Does Gun Control Really Save Lives? (http://reasonedpolitics.blogspot.com/2012/12/does-gun-control-really-save-lives.html)

Common Ground? 5 Gun Control Measures Both Sides Agree Upon (http://reasonedpolitics.blogspot.com/2013/01/common-ground-5-gun-control-measures.html)

My next post will be on the need for "press control" and how we should not let the 1st Amendment stand in the way. It will be similar to my last satirical post, A Modest Proposal (http://reasonedpolitics.blogspot.com/2013/01/a-modest-proposal.html)

Thanks a bunch for your support!

Thank you Vince. Is that graphic yours? If so, is it possible to include England/UK since that is the country that most often comes up in these types of discussions?

I posted the first link to my Facebook. How can my liberal friends argue that Obama is wrong?

(and note I said liberal, but not necessarily anti-gun)

Only recently became aware of your blog. Very good points so far.

Just wondering what the debate will be on opening up the checkbook to pay for the mental health care portion of your arguments. Pro-gun conservatives would likely want the attention away from gun control and focused on mental health and NICS. But are they willing to open up the checkbook to pay for it.

I have just read President Obama Is Right About Mass Shootings and passed it around to some friends.

It is a great read. Covers many overlooked points that most non-gunnies don't know.

Looking forward to the other articles.

Thank you again for posting.

One problem with reporting the denials automatically, look how many on this board have been delayed or denied for so many wrong reasons

You may also want to include Japan which has outlawed guns, they do have homicide though, but even that is fairly low. It is really an oddity, or something that can be explained simply, the Japanese culture has deep roots in honor and respect. This culture provides a low homicide rate, not the fact that they have little/no guns. Our problem in the US is CULTURE. We are loosing respect, honor, and integrity.
