Hi guys!! I recently bought an ATN 3-9x55 Scope for my M1A and I wanted to see if you guys have heard anything about this day scopes or in general ATN. I know they have awesome night scopes but I haven't really seen any other feedbacks in regards to their day scopes. Any input will really help. THANKS!!!

ATN scopes are mid-low end grade. The ones I have seen have a rough finish and heavy. They are made for those that want a very big objective lens which is useless if you do the math. It's purely for target marketing. The price variation is great between MSRP and eBay. I think they will hold up on small caliber rifles, but very unpredictable on big rifles. If you do a test on tracking of the adjustments you will find inconsistencies.

Their night scopes are low end also. Good for .22LR. I don’t believe they have any military or civilian LE contracts.

ATN are not for serious shooters. Take a look at the optics forum on snipershide.com for mid to high end optics.

Thanks Mike for the input, I should have researched this a lil bit more, its just that they had a booth at the Reno Guun show and I just got bedazzled with their night optics and just because they are in the bay area it would be convinient if I need warranty repairs. I guess I'll try to acquire a Super Sniper for now and save up for at least a night force.
