Hello from a new member. Don't know what a c3 is, but, I plan on attending the meeting on the 9th. Will monitor this thread for updates. Looking forward to meeting some like minded folks, as I have been in a depressed fog since the election and Sandy Hook.

For those who are new, a C3 is a Calguns Community Coordinator, a volunteer who organizes and runs shoots, range cleanups and other community events.

I am one, also Lazyme and Elhefe50SS. Look for us in the Orange Calguns hats at events, we're glad to see you, always.

I am in. I used to live over there, but I don't remember a Round Table being there. That is in the Raleys shopping area I think. Looking forward to meeting you all.

Good meeting tonight. Great to meet a few other folks in the area. We definitely need to bring together the Sacramento area for more events.

Quick summary of tonight...just putting notes down, comment or add if you would like to.

1. I am talking with the ranger station in Foresthill and they are short on staff. For a few reasons we might have to do a few small clean ups until the spring/summer and then go for broke when the weather is more predictable. I will update the clean up thread later.

2. We would like to think about a rimfire event geared towards bringing people who don't normally shoot out to an event. Brake em in nice and easy before bringing out the hand cannons...

3. Has anyone ever heard of a re-loading party? Getting together to clean brass and save pennies with every pull of the lever. Maybe 3-4 people at a time for logistic reasons. If someone is thinking about re-loading or wants to try something new this would be the place to do it.

4. Lincoln range might be on the table for future shoots. Fingers crossed.

5. NotEnufGarage has been doing a great job of spreading literature to the local ranges and gun stores. I have tried to do the same a few times and he seems to be one step ahead of me. Who can tell me where they don't have Calguns literature? We need to get something there ASAP.

6. Having a good time, thanks for everyone helping out.

Tim

A reloading party would be very neat indeed! I've been saving all of my brass for when I am able to being reloading.
