Ok so im looking to sell my Mosin, I had a question anout the transfer. I had my c&r but i moved so the address on it is not matching, I was wondering is it still cash and carry just need a copy of their lisence? thanks guys!

You have your C&R FFL03?
If you moved and the address is not current you need to let the ATF know.
If your C&R FFL03 is current you must log this transaction in your book, even if the rifle was purchased prior to you being a C&R FFL03.

Yes you need the buyers info for your bound book, most commonly done by getting a photocopy of their DL

No they do not need to be a C&R FFL03 holder.

If they do not have their C&R FFL03
They need to be a resident of the same state as you
You need to reasonably assume they are not a prohibited person (a short statement of eligibility is good piece of mind)
They need to be over 18
The rifle needs to be over 50 years old (CA Requirement)
