Found these on one of the Russian forums I've been going to lately. The captions are translated from Russian:

The tank is a M3 Stuart light tank. Also American firepower.

The guy with the 1919A4 is wearing a U.S. tanker's 'football' helmet. Looks like they got helmets, the M3 tank, the MGs and the Thompsons as a package deal

I wonder what a what a Russian soldier who used both a Thompson and a PPSh

would say in comparison. Which one they would prefer

They did. Even the overalls and such were a part of the package.

At a guess, "Nurse! Nurse!" It's been a while. Or "you young whippersnappers have it good these days. Now, when we were soldiers..." :)
