a legislator on the personal level for their legislative actions?

in other words, sue them for attempting to undermine 2A rights? (or any other for that matter)

if the legislators would be held PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE for the adverse affect of the laws they pass/propose, maybe they'd think about what they do.

that would be great but i doubt thats possible, if we could sue on a personal level they might think twice about pass it now and let the courts take care of the rest attitude they have.
