Polls are worthless, just read one that said most people think the current gun control laws are sufficient. So who cares what the polls say Politicians do what the want F the people.

Because it robs the media of one more soundbite they can use to distort the facts.

I agree. But the stark fact remains, the majority sheep of California think gun owners are either mentally ill or potential criminals, or both. It's just part of the California culture. Totally different in other parts of Free America.

Those polls are so biased...they are actually conducted like this..."in a poll taken by americans against guns, the majority of those people are for more gun control".whick is the equivalent to saying that sex panther cologne "70% of the time...its works all the time"

Correct, Obama said during a recent speech "public opinion shows in favor of more gun control" and he was referencing a poll of just over 600 people of who knows where. If they called only NYC people then yea maybe.

Perhaps, instead of focusing so much on "antis" (whatever that is), we focused on being pro:
1. Participating in education by going to school site council and school board meetings,
2. Advocating for solutions to social problems linked to awful events pandered by gun control advocates; those solutions being: a more humane urban and social environment, funding for mental health treatment and facilities, and empowering families to prevent desintegration.
3. Supporting grieving parents and concerned families who have lost their children to stray bullets from gang thugs. Schools are crawling with thugs. However, the 2A community is on the sidelines. As former teacher and victim of violence in the school, I have yet to see anyone but myself advocating for securing and protecting our teachers.
4. Communicating sensible thoughts to our elected officials.

Here is the contact information and some suggestions on contacting your elected federal official http://www.lib.berkeley.edu/doemoff/govinfo/federal/gov_contact_federal.html

Best regards.

Because the poll is unscientific it can of be used with any legitimacy by the media without being easily refuted. The latest national polls indicate gun control has a minor edge (5% or so) on us.

We need more members...It's not even close. I'm sure the anti-gunners are going to point to this cr@p and say they have a mandate even though it is obvious that they have a coordinated effort between their organizations.

Just a heads up, you can vote more than once, so be like Chicago, vote early and vote often.

Ding Ding Ding. Leading in polls prevents the MSM from using them against us. We need to be vigilant.

Looks like we made some serious ground since I was at work and looked at it. Voted again here at home. - I agree...out voting them in these online polls keeps them from using against us. NPR only mentioned their polls once thanks to us rallying and tilting it in our benefit.
