Gun Shop Question in SF Bay Area.

I am looking to buy either a BCM or LWRC complete rifle. I was wondering what gun shops in the general SF Bay Area that can order one of these for me.

I don't know what the correct procedure is if I want to buy a rifle and have it shipped to a FFL dealer. Should I just call the shops and find out?

Also, let's say I want to purchase a firearm from gun broker, guns america, etc. How do i go about getting them to ship the weapon to a dealer?
