I was opening some used 9mm brass for tumbling & came across about 100 ".41AE" cases. Anyone know any info/history on these? Is it a "dead" cartridge?

Dang, I wish I was near you so I could snag a one off of you for my brass collection. Maybe throw the stuff on gunbroker and see what you can get out of it.

I'll take one for my stepson's brass collection, if your willing to sell one and ship it! Just PM me with cost plus S&H!

I remember when .41 AE was the next coolest and biggest thing! The idea of just a barrel swap and then you could fire a totaly different cartridge was pretty neat.

I guess that you can still do that with the .357 Sig, but somehow it doesn't seem as sexy as before...(this probably has something to do with my reluctance to embrace the .40S&W).

Anyone else remember the Jericho 941? This was hot setup back around 1992 or so. Basically a IMI Baby Eagle in 9mm and 2 9mm magazines with a .41 Action Express barrel, 2 .41AE magazines and tools in a hardcase.

Still a few around it looks like.

PM me in about a week. I'm sending out a few singles after I clean them for people's cartridge collections (apparently these are rare & some people really want 'em....who knew??)

It`s a Israeli round, I have a hp and a uzi in it. It is similar to a 40sw and can be used in anything that a 9mm fits
