Yes, the chosen one and his high school buddy aren't going to take the fall for this one.

"All are expected to receive full retirement benefits."

Not a bad deal if you ask me. For them that is, and for the administration.

Crap deal for the rest of us.

I wonder if the details of F&F will get more juicy once this changes from a protect the boss cover up, into a save your own hide from criminal charges legal defense.

As much as it disgusts me to say this, I wouldn't put it past him to do that. As long as he retains his "good guy" image he could care less who was killed with the guns from F&F:mad:

The above is what I'm hoping for.

This is what I fear will happen and lately, it seems all my fears have come to fruition.

And after the dog and pony show, is anyone surprised this is how it will end? I'm not.

My bet is losing their pensions isn't automatic as a matter of law, it requires a post-conviction administrative action which they will conveniently forget to start.

Also, I have seen it seriously argued that pension eligibility for a public official is purely a matter of time served and therefore should have nothing to do with criminal convictions.

Crap deal for the rest of us.

The worst deal has so far been given to the citizens of Mexico, although Agent Terry's family didn't get off so well either.
