I was looking at purchasing a custom Glock 17 out of state. The gun has a Caspian slide and Lonewolf frame. Can it be legally transfered to CA or does it have to go through the SSE??

Thanks up front!!

That will need to be SSE. The Lonewolf Frame is what does it.

It's a mistake to call it a Glock 17 and this will lead to a lot of confusion. It's a Lone Wolf and is not on the roster.

which smith do you use to build the gun? A custom lonewolf, with custom trigger and all the other trimmings, sounds interesting

The gun is previously owned. The out of state gunshop I found it at looks like they won't ship it since it's off roster. Was hoping to have it transfered and converted for SSE.
