Hi there, good folks of California!
My father is looking for a good wall safe with digital input. He plans to keep a pistol or two in it, and wants to be sure that it is CA certified, etc. Fireproof would be nice, but is not vital. Nothing else will be stored there; it's purely for defensive pistols. The max storage would be an M9 and a 1911, with space for additional magazines and some ammunition.

Does anyone have a bulletproof, high quality safe that they could recommend?

Thanks very much

I have one of those. It's a nice piece. Very sturdy. No fire protection.

There is/ was an issue with the charging port and charger plug not matching. Make sure to ask them to check it before you purchase.

FYI - Homak also makes a similar in-wall box that uses a key.

I like this one because it's a combo push-button lock, but no key or batteries are needed.

I didn't realize their pistol safe was priced that low. The rifle in-wall safe is more expensive than what you can get with other brands.

Thanks, folks! I'll pass this on to dad.
