I want to mount a harris bipod to a standard picatinny rail, I am wodering what adapter people are using, and where i can get one for myself. Also i really want the freedom of being able to quickly mount and and remove the setup.

YHM, ARMS, LaRue Tactical...
A few others I'm sure...
ARMS would have the throw levers for quick attach/detach. I think the YHM uses alan screws to attach it. Not sure about LT
They have the ARMS for $98, the YHM is fixed, but only $29.

I have the YHM on my SPRish build. Since the Harris BP comes off so easily, I leave the mount on there all the time. Doesn't seem to get in the way.

Ii second the YHM mount. I have it and it works great. Like rksimple said, the harris is easy to disconnect so you don't really need the quick disconnect adaptor.

I just use the Tango Down bipod, which is a permanent fixture on my M1913 rail.
I'm using the ARMS 32/picatinny adapter w/ a Harris Bi-pod. Really sturdy and easy use but pricey.
I also use the YHM set-up. I can pull the bipod from the adapter in seconds and it is out of the way.

Can't say the LaRue is worth over 2X the cost, but it is quality. Both are rock solid.
I use the First Samco / Fobus quick release adapter which works well and won't break the bank ($22).
