You'd think that someone trying to pimp their services on this site that he'd try to create a positive image rather than a negative one.

We're about to drop half a million on a new house here and I know that I won't be using his services.

Sarcasm and bad attitude tend to be more common than a courteous and straight forward answer these days. The higher your post count (you know who you are), the more you can get away with on the jerk-o-meter. :chris:
