Hi Guys,

I've been searching for a holster for days now, with no luck. The only available ones are the Kydex type holsters... I stumbled upon the IMI Defense (http://www.imidefense.com/Products/Polymer-Holsters/Sig-Sauer.html) website. They make 2 holsters for the MK25, a level 2 (IMI-Z1500) and level 3 (IMI-Z1390) paddle type holsters but it can also connect to Belt loop, Belt Clip, Low Ride, and Drop Leg platforms. The level 2 also has space for a light/laser! I emailed IMI directly and I got a response last night, this holsters work for the MK25! You can find them on Amazon (really short supply) or order from IMI Defense. I just ordered a Level 3, should be here between Nov 19th-29th :)

UPDATE: I received the holster in the mail after 3 weeks. Here are the pics, it's a perfect fit =)

You can also see the Level 3 holster in action during this segment of Gun Talk TV at the Sig Academy starting around the 3:20 mark. This also caught my eye as the specifically showed it being used with the MK25.

Would love to see pics of your actual holster once you receive it.

Cheers,

What is the cost?

The Level 3 costs $79.90 on Amazon, I paid 86.90 with shipping. I just searched on eBay and there are several available.

Pretty cool. I am in the hunt for a holster for my MK25 but I'm looking for something for IDPA so I don't know if that would be the best fit.

Now that you've had it a bit, like it?

What type of equipment do I need to compete in IDPA matches?
IDPA matches typically require the use of a service type pistol or revolver of 9mm/.38 special or lager caliber. If your handgun is suitable for self-defense use, it will probably be competitive for IDPA matches. Practical concealed carry type holsters are stipulated for IDPA use. A common service pistol or revolver such as a Beretta 92F, Glock 17/22, Sig 226, Colt 1911A1, S&W 686 or Ruger GP-100 carried in a common pancake style holster is all that is needed to be competitive in IDPA matches.

I do not think this holster would match the "practical concealed carry" type holster.

I like the holster very much.

Just Saying!

Anyone have any recommendations for a leg Holster for the MK25?
