"Since the only US parts the gun has are the Schneider cocking handle and mag floorplate, this will be sold as parts only"

Is that a problem?

922r I think it's called, you need 7-8 US parts or something otherwise it's a felony.

It's not a problem. Seller sells you barreled receiver through your local FFL to get DROS'd. Other small parts are sent to you directly.

DO NOT assemble until you have your 7 US parts to make it 992r compliant and make necessary changes to make it California legal (fixed 10 round mag or no pistol grip, etc).

Easily done with a drop in US fire control group (parts 1,2, & 3), a US pistol grip (part 4), and a US muzzle brake/flash hider (part 5). The charging handle and receiver cover parts 6 & 7.

I don't like using the magazine parts for 992r as you'll never be able to swap mags if you go to a free state.

There are also about 5 Imbel and DSA receivers on Gunbroker now.

Too bad it wasn't a FN.

The real deal is in the 3k+ range at auction sites and other places.

I saw a 50.41 on GB for in the 3500.00 area would have loved to own another one of those.

No problem whatsoever. An fal needs 7 US parts if the gun has a muzzle device, 6 parts without the muzzle device.
