Anyone know where I can get one? Seems to be a "hard to find" item, since the trigger assy. is a "restricted" item.

Go to page 16/17 of this pdf http://www.remington.com/pdfs/om/om_7700710.pdf

Which "spring" are you talking about? Or is it one of the springs INSIDE the trigger assembly? How about a pic?

Also, why don't you start a new thread in every forum? :D

"Sear spring," for those unfamiliar w/ Rem 700 triggers, is the spring under the sear that rests on top of the "overtravel" screw, and it makes the "sear" go "up" and "down," hence SEAR SPRING! Maybe I posted it in different areas because I would get many replies from people who have never worked on a 700 trigger before.

Thanx for the well-meaning help, though!:) Oh, and since WHENdoes 2 threads turn into "every forum????????????"

Here is my 2nd attempt.... if all else fails... you can try to bid on this... then you will have 3 trigger assemblies to play with... (maybe I can take one from you too...)
