A "baseball" cap hanging thru the scope as a "brass catched"!! :eek:

It's not a bad idea (I don't know if it will work as a brass catcher but it will probably keep hot .308 brass from hitting the guy to the right of her)

Harris Bipods can be put on either way. Most people use the feet forward when up method, though.

agreed. It looks more like a cheap solution to those brass deflectors designed to drop it at your feet (and, its probably nice to the brass as well)

That's about the right spot for the cap, as HK's usually chuck brass forward at about a 45 degree angle. The cap probably wouldn't last for long since ejection is robust; a friend's 911 actually tore the metal screen at Angeles. I will have to try the reversed bipod at the range as I suspect it would cause the rifle to bounce around more in recoil.

If your rifle has a scope lay a hand towel over your scope your brass will be in nice Pyle on your bench.
