The last time I was through the Dillon factory, we spent quite a few minutes looking at how those are put together, armor packages, empty shell casing grates inside etc...

Definetly the toy for the guy who has everything.
I wonder if you could chase down the similar video for their dual mounts for the jet rangers...

The normal rate is 4000 rounds per minute so that would be 1000 rounds...
I hope you have shot more than that.

I was thinking..... in WHAT situation you would need that kind of firepower on a Suburban?? Probably more suitable for a heli than for a car....

They are being sold to security contractors in sandy and hot places for convoy protection.

Watch, this is going to be the next trend in all the movies.

Reminds me of that movie Last Action Hero where they had a Toyota Previa outfitted with a similar system.

The M134s are all 7.62x51 NATO. There was a 5.56 version (XM214?) but it never went anywhere.

If you want to see some ammo expenditure, check out this video of these dudes and their GAU-2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BmftWnCLnlQ (The good stuff starts about a minute into it.)

All I can say is...

I CALL SHOTGUN!

Wait... I could also ask, which would be better for my mini-gun? Eotech or Aimpoint? :P

So with our 10-link limit, that means we'd be shot-out in 0.15 seconds :D
